How do I pay? We will mail you an invoice
monthly.
Do you have to sign a
contract? No, service can be started and stopped over the phone.
Do you work in the rain or snow?
Yes, the only weather that will stop us is severe lightning
storms and new snow that has freshly hidden all that we are out to find. If
there is too much new snow on the ground to be of any value for most customers
to have us do our work, we will not run any routes for that day. If the
forecast calls for snow, and scheduling allows, we may come one day early.
After snowfall, service will generally resume the following week whether it has
melted or not (As we have learned most customers expect or at least appreciate
it). If it snows again before we are able to make it back, you might expect an
additional delay. We do the best we can to be fair, provide value, and maintain
